Corporate Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) Courses

Requirements for Program Entry
*All applicants must provide a copy of the following documents (more detailed information and instructions provided after application submission): High School Diploma/GED, proof of health insurance, & current immunizations to include Hep B, Varicella, MMR, Tdap, meningitis, & influenza for Fall and Spring semester courses. All applicants must be 18 years of age before their first scheduled clinical in the program.

Once the application fee is received, the applicant will receive text and email communication to complete the next steps of enrollment as outlined below:
Step 1- Apply online & pay application fee
Step 2- Submit copy of high school diploma/GED, proof of health insurance coverage, and copy of immunization record
Step 3- Complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and complete a TB blood test.
