Once the application fee is received, the applicant will receive text and email communication to complete the next steps of enrollment as outlined below:
Step 1- Apply online & pay application fee
Step 2- Submit copy of high school diploma/GED, proof of health insurance coverage, and copy of immunization record
Step 3- Complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and complete a TB blood test.
